Damaged / Defective Item Return Policy:

As your item ships we will send you an email notice containing delivery instructions. Following these instructions will insure you receive a replacement unit free of charge in case of damage or defect.

General Return Policy:
If you receive your item and find that you don't like it, or it simply does not meet your needs you can return it to us at any time within 30 days of your original purchase date. Simply call our customer service number to obtain a RMA and send it back to us. We will provide a refund of your purchase price excluding our shipping and handling costs. Returns will only be accepted on items in "new" condition.
