Delivery time was excellent! The set is fairly realistic in appearance with the exception of the mirrored back. This may be necessary for the flame effect, but it takes away the realistic look. The flame itself is incredibly real looking, but the logs not so much. For the most part, we use it all the time without the heat and it has a very relaxing feeling. Love the ease of the remote and installation was a snap. So far, our interaction with this company has been very positive.
