Very disappointed !! I am Canadian, and it appeared I was shopping on a Canadian site, when in fact I ended up dealing with someone in Alabama when things went amuck. I overpaid from what I see the price is now and have not been able to use my fireplace since I purchased it before Christmas. First it arrived with 2 left feet (aka two side panels that were the same). After lengthy discussion with this website and the manufacturer, 2 new ones arrived...now I had 6...a real jigsaw puzzle. Then to top it off, the heat element did not work, so the whole winter in Canada has passed without being able to benefit from the 'whole reason I bought it in the first place' ...to heat the space. I am still waiting to hear back from them/you whether a replacement part, with instructions will arrive anytime soon. I would prefer to return it quite honestly, but that would be cost prohibitive, so perhaps some type of credit will accompany the 'repair kit' to compensate me for all this trouble.
