I absolutely can NOT believe how great this little fake is. I bought it because the STARTING price to change our fireplace over to gas is $1500.00 ! I truly thought I was probably throwing away $150.00. HOW WRONG! I have as nice of a look as I would have from a gas fire, plus, when the gas prices go through the roof this year, I will not go broke heating my living room. I just shoved it back into my opening, and left my existing doors open. Looks great. Quiet. Excellent product. QSN is honest and fast. I think we had ours within 5 days (including the weekend). I would recommend this to anyone.

I have a small wood fireplace where I have , in the past , burned Duraflame Logs and then put candles in because I got tired of cleaning it out. My electric log insert looks great. I am very happy with it and sorry I wanted so long before getting one. Now my neighbors in my condo are also interested in getting one , too.Thanks.

It fit into our fireplace as if they were made for each other. We think it gives off far more heat even on Low than we ever expected. We have ashes and cinders on the floor of the fireplace left over from a gas log installation and that completes the picture perfectly.

we had a rental property with a faux fireplace. We didn't want to leave it to the residents to decide whether to use candles or gels. The 23" Dimplex was a perfect fit, looks real enough you kust know you shouldn't touch it, and makes heat when needed. Great product.
