We have not yet installed the unit. However, we have unpackaged it to make sure it fits into the hole properly. Should be a good fit. The only strange thing is that it was obviously returned by another customer and not repackaged by a QSN representative before sending to us when we purchased it. We even found an email exchange from the previous buyer explaining that he was returning it because it wasn't the size he expected it to be. A little poor on the quality control side of things. Hopefully, everything works well once it's in our wall!

I had the unit installed into a built-in wall unit in my living room. installed easily and looks great. At first it was just for the look, but now it works to get the chill out of the room, warms up the space and saves me having to turn the heat on. Not sure how realistic it looks but its good enough.
