We will be using this for an additional heat source for our living room; it's very well built and attractive with realistic flames. Seems to give out more heat than a regular electric fireplace. Hope they come out with more styles and much larger ones to choose from for our huge basement. Overall we would definitely recommend this portable fireplace with the infrared heater.

Use the heater in our sons room. It is directly above our garage. The room was always very difficult to heat. We purchased the heater, and the room has been extremely comfortable for our 9 month old son. Great looking too!
