Two Month Update ! I've used my fireplace almost EVERY evening from 5 p.m. to 6 a.m.(with the thermostat on 74 degrees)..my heating bill was $54.00 !! Yes I have a small apartment, but I use it as "zone heating" only heating the room I am in. I couldn't be more happy with this purchase! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I received this fireplace today. I must say, the picture doesn't do it justice!!! I'm ecstatic at the beauty, workmanship, solid wood cabinet, and gorgeous flames. Product is light weight, heats up fast and covers up to 1000 sq. ft. and top doesn't get hot from touching it. Great if you have kids (or pets!). Thinking about buying another one for my basement.
